Last May, Laurence Fischer was in the Democratic Republic of Congo at the Maison Dorcas, the Panzi Foundation’s transit and community center, where karate sessions have been held since 2014 with our teacher Franck Kwabe.
It was a wonderful opportunity to meet the current beneficiaries of the karate workshop and also to learn more about the Fight for Dignity method on mind-body healing for survivors.
Laurence also went to the South-Kivu Karate League for an intensive training workshop for teachers of the region’s karate clubs.
